Requirements
• University Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Information Technology related fields
• IT Professional related certification is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of working experience, with minimum 2 years working in managerial role in large corporation or casino resort information technology
• Able to work on shift
• Hospitality or gaming working experience would be a bonus
• Familiar with Casino floor and end user desktop applications
• A solid understanding of the many Operating System versions; Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Workstation, Apple Mac, and Mobile Operating Systems
• A solid understanding of networking principals and enterprise network architecture, including but not limited to; TCP / IP, routing principals, private WAN
• Familiar with IT internal processes, policies and procedures is a plus
• Hospitality or gaming system and infrastructure knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Fluent in Cantonese Chinese speaking is preferred
• Having good leadership abilities
Responsibilities
• Supervise Field support services processes
• All IT related frontline equipment installations; this includes but not limited to PCs, Mobile Devices, Printers, Plotter, Copiers, Scanners and Telephones
• Providing maintenance and monitor life cycle of all IT equipment
• Providing first line support to all IT related calls / tickets
• Coordinating and working closely with other IT Team Members to support project delivery and issues resolution
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications and satisfaction
• Monitor and escalate unresolved issues as required
• Provide report on regular basis or upon request
• Liaise with I.T. Compliance team to assist information and reports for any audit requirements with the supervision from Field Service Manager
• Perform vendor management in accordance with department strategies, policies and procedures
• Provide appropriate recommendations on internal IT processes
• Provide technical advice for application enhancements and projects
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
• Protect company asset
