Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related disciplines
• MS DBA or OCP Certifications preferred
• Minimum 6 years in IT sector
• Minimum 3 years in management role
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Data Mining and Analytics
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in BI development
• Experience in managing offshore development project is preferred
• Experience in database administration is preferred
• Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodology is preferred
• Hospitality, gaming or Marketing working experience would be a bonus
• Knowledge in CRM, BI, data mining, MS SQL Server and Data Warehouse
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chines
• Strong vendor management
• Strong data analytical abilities with demonstrated capability to interpret and understand abstract data, summarize insights, and develop into an action plan
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
Responsibilities: • Leading a BI team to develop, implementation and provide support services to BI platform
• Lead the team to collect and extract data between Data Warehouse and BI systems
• Work with external consultants to prepare technical architecture and design documentations
• Review and provide assessment of the business requirement for data analytics tasks and reporting requirements
• Build and review CRM and BI solutions design
• Research, test, benchmark and evaluate new BI technology
• Recommend the related technology and system for data mining
• Lead the internal development teams to implement the CRM and BI systems
• Being the escalation point for CRM and BI systems operation issues
• Being the system owner and administer for CRM and BI systems
• Monitor and report performance issues of CRM and BI systems
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
