- Requirements

• High school graduated or equivalent
• With experience in similar job role or equivalent or minimum of 10 years experiences in kitchen with working experience in 5 - Star standard hotels
• Excellent Pastry knowledge
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
- Responsibilities

• Assisting and coordination in line with the department standard and best practices his team in order to execute and manage his respective team to deliver on the required high quality delivery of product on daily basis
• Assist clients in program planning and menu selection with the Executive Chef
• Achievement of budgeted food sales, labour costs and profitability
• Handle all Food inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
• Follow up the required procedures to ensure quality and standards are upheld and that the department operates according to the sanitation and safety working standards and procedures
• Co-ordinate with all outlets. This includes produce the agreed requirements to the various outlets, setting up buffets, oversee the pastry activities throughout the property
• Consistent and daily checks of all areas where pastry and bakery delivers product weather it is for retail, on buffets or preparation for a la carte
• Co-ordinate and follow up with other executive chefs, chef de cuisines that from part of the areas where pastry and bakery deliver product to ensure that the highest service is being delivered to the clients
• Work with all senior management within F&B to deliver on projects, special events and day to day running of the property’s F&B operations
• Attend meetings or training sessions as and when required
• Participation towards overall hotel maintenance and cleanliness, and to achieve food quality that exceeds expectations
• Perform other job related duties as requested
