Requirements
• University degree in Engineering/IT related field or higher
• 10-15 years of experiences in surveillance systems with the scale of 5000+ channels
• Familiar with local statutory requirements by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ)
• Possess excellent management and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills to all level
• Able to advise Management on strategic direction on system upgrade/development
• Able to formulate project plan and follow through execution in a timely manner
• Be assertive in making decision
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Responsibilities
• Direct and supervise the design and development of surveillance systems and applications
• Find ways to improve and optimize existing systems
• Establish standards and policies for the use of technology
• Participate in research and development projects
• Help to draw up budgets and allocate resources
• Manage and monitor outsourcing contracts and services
• Supervise the deployment and upgrading of surveillance systems
• Facilitate communication and relations between the technical department and other departments in the company
• Find new technologies to improve work
• Direct training and development for staff
• Work with contractors/vendors to solve technical problems
• Ensure that systems are running smoothly through regular testing and monitoring
• Identify weaknesses and potential risks to the systems
• Establish cyber security management strategies for existing systems
