Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Department: Food and Beverage - Jai Alai Hotel

Requirements: • High school graduated or above
• Minimum of 8 years' restaurant operations experience or in similar job role or equivalent and with working experience in 5 - Star hotel
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experiences
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities: • Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies
• Assist in the development of marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulate growth in sales for each outlet and a variety of latest market developments
