- Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration strongly preferred, other degrees such as Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, Information Technology also acceptable
• At least 1 year relevant experience in Office Administration
• Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Hospitality or Gaming System and Infrastructure is a plus
• Willingness to learn IT related subjects online independently
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is preferred
• Proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage
• Good presentation skill and able to explain technology strategic to non-IT user
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• Strong desire to adopt new tools and technologies
• Excellent problem solving and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With Self-motivated and strong inter-personal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision of his/her supervisor
• Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority

- Responsibilities
-
• Organize and manage schedules and calendars
• Liaise and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external parties
• Assist human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
• Prepare minutes, reports and memos as required
• Distribute important notices regarding Cyber Security issues to different departments of SJM
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
• Coordinate with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
• Handle budget and office reporting
