Requirements
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent or related disciplines
• With Master Barista Certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years master barista experiences or in similar job role or equivalent
• Good communication skills with customers
• Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
Responsibilities
• To works the whole front counter area of the coffee shop and may participate in serving food items as well as various coffee drinks, tea and other beverages
• To provide The Perfect Cup of Coffee as well as Perfect Cappuccinos and Lattes and other Coffee Drink Recipes
• To learn the difference between the various types of espresso machines and basic knowledge of coffee beans (such as taste profiles, growing Regions and how the coffees are processed)
• Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as coffee cup, utensils, and cleaning items
• Assist in planning coffee Menu for F&B outlets and special events, Pair coffee with food selection at the fine dining outlet etc.
• Direct responsibility for training the staff for all coffee service
• Keep a neat workplace and a neat appearance
• Perform other job related duties as requested
