Requirements
• Diploma or above in Marketing, Multimedia communications or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in multimedia / media planning, production and account servicing
• Basic knowledge with a wide variety of AV control systems, projection and LED screens
• Must have the cognitive ability to deal effectively with people under high demanding conditions. Must be able to accomplish all assigned duties and work in conjunction with peers in a positive manner
• Must be a creative thinker who can develop new and exciting ways to provide or project value to our guests
• Working knowledge graphic design and multimedia applications not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Premiere, FinalCutPro and Aftereffect
• Knowledge of four-color printing and large-format printing
• Proficient in the Microsoft Windows Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong knowledge in Chinese culture and the gaming industry
• Must be willing and able to travel for business including overnight visits
Responsibilities
• Assist in brand and marketing services of Lisboa Palace project with special emphasis on developing brand and marketing communication strategies on pre and post opening time lines along the project critical path
• Assist the Property Media Marketing team in developing integrated marketing communication strategies in support of partnership programs, trade marketing, integrated resort loyalty programs, resort events & promotions, and resort operations including retail, F&B, entertainment, hotel etc
• Maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the hotel premises and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and communication channels
• Maintain and monitor all content of digital signage within the hotel premises including but not limited to way finding, advertising light box and air-time advertising broadcast of LEDs display
• Assist and execute content management strategy for advertising and promotion activities amongst tenants and appropriate departments to drive sales and traffic
• Communicate regularly with Marketing Communications team, Destination Marketing team, Loyalty Marketing team, Public Relations and marketing partners including retail, tourism boards and agencies to develop appropriate online marketing communication strategies in the region and abroad targeting China, Macao, Hong Kong and potential markets on developing and expanding travel network support
• Work closely with tenants and appropriate departments to ensure advertising accuracy and satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends and closely monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and activities
• Coordinate with creative and technical support team to ensure smooth operation of festive decoration
