- Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Hotel management, Human Resources Management or related discipline with solid food & beverage knowledge and experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with experience in large size organization or casinos
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to details
• Strong organization skills, analyst, and resistant to stress
• Experience in casino operation in Macau as well as in Food & Beverage field
- Responsibilities
-
• Identify the learning and development needs through analysis and observation of the Food & Beverage section which align with the business needs
• Assist Manager, L&D to implement learning and development strategies in Food & Beverage sections and design the training programs and initiatives to support the implementation
• Deliver training programs related to customer service and F&B knowledge to both managerial and frontline colleague
• Manage the training matrix and curriculum based on the identified L&D needs in the areas of business goals, colleagues’ career development, etc
• Organise and deliver the initial job training plan programs and line certification programs for Food & Beverage sections
• Conduct the initial job trainings for all new comers as well as refresher trainings for colleagues
• Plan the training calendar according to business needs and business level
• Attend departmental training sessions on a systematic basis in order to provide and recommend training skills where necessary
• Ensure that the trainers under the responsibility accomplish all tasks and projects according to set guidelines and time frames
• Review the Food & Beverage guest satisfaction scores, feedback and audit result to identify improvement needs and recommend remedial actions and programs
• Coordinate Food Hygiene trainings are implemented on a regular basis and according to the compliance requirements
• Work closely with Quality Manager to enhance performance by continual review and improvement on work practices and processes
• Customise training materials as well as formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP and Policy and Procedures (P&P) are in line with operational needs and guest satisfactions
• Make sure that all documentation distributed to colleagues is up to date with the latest news or changes reflected
• Plan, Implement and Review action plan based on colleague survey and feedback
• Assist with all reasonable duties as instructed by Manager, Learning & Development - F&B
