- Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Preference for relevant professional qualifications/certificates in CISP / CISSP / CISM / CISA / ITIL
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in compliance frameworks (CobiT, ISO 2700x)
• Proficient in quality of service management (Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Process and performance-oriented with a strong sense of discipline
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/Mandarin/English
- Responsibilities
-
• Establish IT compliance policies aligned with Macau Gaming Law and DICJ regulations, Macau Cybersecurity Law, Macau Personal Data Protection Act and internal standards
• Conduct regular reviews to monitor IT compliance status
• Report IT compliance status to upper management
• Provide guidance and training on compliance to IT teams
• Implement IT governance, metrics collection, and reporting systems
• Partner with IT, corporate compliance, and business leaders to resolve issues
• Conduct internal IT audits regularly
• Manage IT accounts and review system access requests
• Propose and recommend solutions for IT compliance and policy enforcement
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
