- Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel, Sales Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the area of Player Development / Casino Marketing and Hospitality industry
• Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel
• Knowledge of strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of gaming management and customer services management
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and prioritize multiple tasks
• Willing and able to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the casino
- Responsibilities
-
• Responsible for managing and supervising team members in the Player Development department
• Assist in execution of marketing plans of the company
• Ensure all hosted guests are well informed of all special events and promotions
• Initiate the creation of event pre and post event analysis
• Responsible for generating and achieving specific revenue goals by developing new players
• Identify premium player interests and encourage return trips
• Make recommendations to improved guest experience and profitability
• Maintain accurate Player Development records and performance reports
• Monitor business volume, interview and select candidates with appropriate skill set
• Develop team training program, coach and evaluate the team
• Communicates effectively with all related departments in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
