Requirements
• College graduated preferred or Equivalent experience
• Minimum five year working experiences in supervisory level or two years in managerial role in similar or same environment
• Slot admin working experience is an advantage
• Experience in minute taking and English/Chinese translation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Competent in English and Chinese writing
Responsibilities
• Lead the team to provide competent and efficient administrative support to Electronic Gaming Department as well as to manage the EG offices
• Provide admin assistance to the department head and seniors
• Screen all documents before obtain department head’s endorsement
• Establish a comprehensive filing /recording system for the team
• Arrange meetings and to follow up afterwards
• Write administration SOP and related workflow
• Manage the administrative related systems
