Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above; Major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 8 years working experience in HR Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• With qualification or certificate related to Human Resources is preferred
• Familiar with Macau Labor Law and supplementary regulations
• Familiar with the planning and execution of employee benefits programs
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing various Human Resources strategies
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruiting and hiring strategies are executed in effective manner and fulfill the department’s need
• Provide professional advice and recommendation on HR matters to assigned business departments
• Provide recommendation and strategies for improvement by analyzing HR reports
• Oversee annual performance and compensation planning to ensure alignment of total rewards to performance
• Provide guidance to assess and address employee relations matters, resolve root causes for enhancing team efficiency
• Provide the guidance to business department for understanding various HR policies and procedures, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and continuous growth and development
• Plan and lead HR projects to optimize and implement departmental structures, roles and/or processes to enhance efficiency and support the rapidly changing business needs
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors
