Requirements
• High School Diploma and College and/or Masters Degree
• At least 3 years related working experience
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts
• Useful experience in one or more of the following industries: gaming/ hospitality/ banking/ audit/ telecoms/ broadcasting
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
• EBITDA Forecasts:
- Work with user departments and benchmark with the industry to obtain the most accurate and updated figures related to the businesses at GLP (mainly focusing on gaming and non-gaming areas)
- Make the most efficient use of these figures in the process of projecting future revenue and expenditure
- Work closely with F&A so that all funding needs are adequately estimated and presented and endorsed in a timely manner by senior management
• ROI Analysis:
- Coordinate with all user departments all the necessary steps to obtain reliable and as accurate as possible performance indicators which derive from each project’s Business Case
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of Business Cases alongside the user department and other corporate entities such as Finance & Accounts and Legal
- Work with user departments and use benchmark analysis to obtain the most accurate and updated figures related to the businesses at GLP (gaming and nongaming)
- Make the most efficient use of these figures in the process of projecting future revenue and expenditure
- Work closely with Finance & Accounts to provide the required information within the scope of the loan facility
• Proto Reporting: Prepare set of relevant Key Performance Indicators, in cooperation with all users, to allow for accurate and adequate performance measurement in future operations
• Additional financial modeling: Assist all users, including shared services such as Human Resources, in developing and updating all the necessary models to reflect pre-opening related costs and also estimated future operational cash flows
• Assist in all presentations, in any format (spreadsheet or presentation form), by collecting and analysing data related with all non-gaming activities as well as preparing term sheets and ROI calculations and preparing meeting minutes
• Assist in gathering and entering updates and further details in the pre-opening budget, on all categories
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of the Cotai business plans, by gathering and analyzing data
• Execute key business initiatives which reflect business operations (i.e. term sheets and ROI calculations)
• Assist in preparing any presentations or any information to present to SJM senior management on the same
• Assist with scheduling meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Liaise with other teams to gather information and provide feedback on their requests
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
