- Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 4 years or above experience in software quality assurance, application testing, and / or Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
• Hands-on software testing experience in requirement / functional specification review, requirements tracing, test plan / test case preparation, QA test / UAT execution
• Familiar with manual and automation tests, performance test execution / tools as well as automated test scripts preparation
• Knowledge in software testing process and methodology, and System Development Life Cycle
• Able to lead IV&V (QA) specialist
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
• Hospitality or gaming working experience is an advantage
- Responsibilities
-
• Review user requirement document, functional specification and other system development life cycle (SDLC) documentations
• Lead and perform requirements tracing to assure that the functional requirements meet the business needs
• Lead and identify test scope from business requirement / functional specification / test requirement
• Plan and design test strategy and prepare test plan document
• Develop, document and maintain test cases and other test artifacts like test data and automated test scripts to ensure adequate and appropriate test coverage
• Lead and conduct tests such as functional, performance and regression tests, etc
• Verify defect fixes and provide test reports
• Analyze issues to improve overall testing strategy
• Support QA / UAT testing
