Requirements: • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology related fields a minimum
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with minimum 3 years working in project management role in large corporation or casino resort information technology
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications is a plus
• PMP Certification is a plus
• With experience in managing large IT project(s) is preferred
• Hospitality and / or gaming working experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge in application support and project management
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Fluent in Cantonese & Chinese speaking is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially in MS Project
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
Responsibilities: • Compile assigned IT application and system project plan(s) and project documentation based on information and project timelines from vendors, businesses and other IT teams
• Provide resource plans for assigned projects to management
• Keep track of all activities within the assigned projects, this includes but not limited to resource time tracking, budget spending and materials used
• Work with IT teams, businesses and vendors to implement assigned project scopes
• Provide assigned project progress status, this includes identifying, managing and resolving critical risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely resolution to avoid negative ‎project impacts
• Ensure vendor and contractors compliance with contractual and service level agreements
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
