- Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields as minimum
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in IT System or Network Infrastructure, IT business solution, or Project Management related experience
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or leading job role
• Experience in infrastructure, hospitality or gaming solution and projects preferred
• Any IT Technology or Project Management Related certifications a plus
• Understanding of IT infrastructure systems, including network, WIFI, structured cabling, system integration, and low voltage systems desirable
• Knowledge of the Gaming Industry or Hospitality Industry desirable
• Strong and wide knowledge in IT technology, standards and IT process
• Understanding of business process in Casino and Resorts
• Proficiency in project management, coordination and budgeting
• IT Network or IT System Certificate is a plus
• PMP Certificate is a plus
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
• Possess good communication skill with teams and users depts
• Demonstrate good communication skills to resolve conflict and influence
• Being self-motivated at work
• Possess good analytical skills, be detail-oriented
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision of his/her supervisor
• Be a mentor in multiple disciplines with excellent communication capability
• Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority
• Read, write, speak, and understand English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin languages)
• Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English, with strong English writing skill is a plus
- Responsibilities
-
• To explore, evaluate and introduce potential valuable IT solutions, products and services available in the market, fulfilling business requirements and internal processes
• Understanding of business processes and user requirements, communicating with various IT teams and user departments
• Work with different IT teams in business requirements gathering and procurement process according to Gaming, FOH and BOH Operations business objectives and requirements.
• Define, document and verify with user departments on their business system requirements and transform these requirements into technical specifications to determine whether to source for the solution from external vendor or develop the solution internally
• Identify and enhance internal IT solutions through business process reengineering, transformation, and optimization (Including solution architecture, planning, design, budget estimation and effort estimation, etc.)
• Coordinate with different IT teams and stakeholders for IT solution PoC and service delivery
• Organize the participation of user departments and IT team members in the evaluation of business applications and systems
• Execute and manage different types of projects in accordance with project requirements and timeline, providing end-to-end IT project delivery
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Assist in the final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of business applications and systems procured, working together with user departments and the Quality Assurance team
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the user departments
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and collaborate with business departments and key stakeholders to direct and oversee IT service delivery for business area renovation initiatives
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Perform site walk and inspections in areas with IT projects assigned to the team
• Supervise team members for QA lab operations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Support user departments in the development of business case for justification of acquisition of Gaming, FOH and BOH related systems
• Assist with high severity requests or incidents with escalation as needed
• Handle or report any unresolved issues to management in a timely manner
• Follow SJM Resorts company policies and IT internal processes, policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
