Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe, and professional office environment for all staff and visitors
• Oversee the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
• Act as a key liaison for internal staffs and external vendors
• Address staff inquiries and resolve workplace issues, providing effective solutions
• Prepare and manage work schedules, shift rosters (including virtual rosters)
• Prepare and submit accurate administrative reports (e.g., attendance, roster) by specified deadlines
• Lead new staff onboarding, manage the resignation/offboarding process
• Maintain and manage the department's fixed asset register
• Manage the document warehouse records, enforce protocols for the storage, retrieval, and secure destruction of physical documents
