Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing for at least 5 years
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement SEM strategies to enhance search visibility and drive website traffic
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and campaign optimizations to maximize ROI
• Monitor and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Naver, etc
• Oversee programmatic buying strategies to reach target audiences through digital display ads
• Work with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to configure and optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Track and analyze metrics like impressions, clicks, and conversions to refine targeting strategies
• Handle the planning, execution, and optimization of media purchasing across various digital channels
• Negotiate contracts and rates with media vendors to ensure cost-effective advertising solutions
• Analyze media performance and provide insights to optimize future media spending and placements
• Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking, to assess campaign success
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance digital advertising efforts
• Optimize ad spend across channels to achieve maximum impact with minimal cost
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging
