- Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT financial management, budgeting, and/or IT/Finance related position
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• Having good leadership abilities
• Having good communication skills
• With Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
- Responsibilities
-
• Help develop and manage the annual IT budget in collaboration with department leaders
• Monitor, track, and report IT expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
• Track payments and invoices and update to senior manager any outstanding payments
• Mentor IT Budget Control team analysts to achieve departmental objectives
• Foster collaboration between IT teams, Finance, Procurement, and other business units to optimize resource allocation
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders
• Participate in the IT Senior Leadership group and assist IT Executives on IT Transformation strategy planning and execution
• Cultivate an environment of teamwork and mutual support for team growth and success
• Mentor team members, help develop training plan for team members to diversify skillsets and experience
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
