Position: Senior Manager - Events & Promotions
Department: Events and Promotions
Working Location: Macau Peninsula

Requirements: • Bachelor or above in Business Studies, Event Management, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience working in marketing field and preferable in casino, hotel or resort industry, including 4-5 years in management field is preferred
• Must have the cognitive ability to deal effectively with people under high demanding conditions. Must be able to accomplish all assigned duties and work in conjunction with peers in a positive manner
• Excellent in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong presentation skill
• Strong negotiation skills
Responsibilities: • To lead execution of gaming promotions of the properties
• Process relevant documents and program outlines for approval of management and DICJ
• Managing the events & promotions team in regards to the operational work flow of all tasks and ensures promotions are adequately resourced
• Planning and coordinating with relevant departments & production companies on logistics preparation for all gaming events & promotions in line with the approved participation plan in an effort to drive business
• Work closely with IT to carry out QA test prior to implementation
• Prepare pro-forma, budget estimates for all events & promotions for prior management approval
• Develop standard operating procedure and process flow and ensure all events and promotions are duly executed within local regulations including necessary authorised approval
• Work closely with various marketing teams and marketing service team for advertising and communication initiatives to increase promotions awareness
• Prepare post events summary and actual budgets for Management review
• Create the performance appraisal and provide comments and recommendations for improvement and enhancement
