Requirements
• Bachelor degree above in Event Management
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in Entertainment and Event Business
• Experience with arena operations, lighting and audio used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry and understanding of production process
• Strong project leadership and management skills
Responsibilities
• Monitor daily operations of Grand Hall and resolve all ad hoc requests
• Maintain the smoothness of the system and equipment for ticket booth and kiosk
• Develop Ticketing system in terms of permission granting levels, discounts, sales plan etc.
• Cooperate with in / external stakeholder including Technical Team
• Provide training, roster and roles allocation to Team Members, including Flexi Workers
• Prepare timely reports in terms of business sales, project working progress, guest feedback, operations logistics, staff performance evaluation etc
• Manage fixed and currents assets records
• Develop SOPs for the team timely
