Requirements
• Bachelor degree above in Event Management
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in Entertainment Business
• Experience with lighting and audio used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry
• Understanding of production process and audio-visual set up Strong project leadership, management skills
• Ability to analyze system architectural drawings
• Experience in working with various entertainment, AV and service technology systems
Responsibilities
• Monitor daily operations and resolve all ad hoc requests
• Maintain the smoothness of the system and equipment for ticket booth and kiosk
• Cooperate with in / external stakeholder including Technical Team
• Develop Ticketing system in terms of permission granting levels, discounts, sales plan etc.
• Provide training, roster and roles allocation to Team Members, including Flexi Workers
• Prepare timely reports in terms of business sales, project working progress, guest feedback, operations logistics, staff performance evaluation etc
• Manage fixed and currents assets records
• Develop SOPs for the team timely
