Position: Manager - Supply Chain (Beverages)
Department: Supply Chain (Operations & Services)
Working Location: Taipa / Cotai

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, with a preference for relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel supply chain / purchasing / contract negotiation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Experience with managing and delivering across business unit and geographical boundaries
• Negotiation of deals
Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, including but not limiting to IT, Gaming, F&B, Hotel Operations projects, with accountability for delivery of services and appropriate communication
• Manage sourcing process including requirements definition. Tendering process, execution, scorecard, analysis and risk management
• Responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing contractual documentation (MSA, NDA, SLA, Amendments, SoW, WO)
• Targets commodities, initiates corporate agreements, builds supplier relationships, and negotiates industry competitive pricing models, service levels and support for internal customers
• Provide lead timely sourcing and procurement support to meet clients’ operational requirements for service, quality and value at lowest possible total cost
• Perform other job related duties as requested
