- Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields a minimum
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, with minimum 5 years working in management role in casino resort information technology industry or large corporation
• Solid experience in managing large-scale and mission-critical IT project(s) and IT operations support
• Solid project and operations support experience with Casino Management System and Smart Table system is a plus
• Experience and understanding of Marketing and Hospitality operations and IT applications in the casino resort industry is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Gaming Operations and Gaming IT Applications
• In-depth knowledge in IT Operations Support and IT Project Management
• Technical knowledge in real-time platform is a plus
• Familiar with Macau regulatory requirements for Gaming operations
• Familiar with IT Security and Compliance framework
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• Having good leadership abilities
• Having good communication skills
• With Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Responsibilities
-
• Oversee Gaming systems operations of all SJM properties and refine the IT operations support model on continuous base
• As the key driver of Gaming solution design; work with technical team leaders to define the best technical architecture and approach for implementation and operations support
• Lead for mission-critical projects implementation
• Participate in the IT Senior Leadership group and assist IT Executives on IT Transformation strategy planning and execution
• Cultivate an environment of teamwork and mutual support for team growth and success
• Mentor team members, develop training plan for team members to diversify skillsets and experience
• Develop and maintain good partnership with IT teams, businesses and vendors
• Ensure vendors, consultants and contractors compliance with regulatory requirements, and contractual and service level agreements
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
