Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in Travel Services Management or related field
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong Observation, Adaptability and project management skill
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge labor law and legislations
• Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Supervise the management and work allocation of all frontline personnel at the shuttle bus service stations, daily operations and handling of emergencies
• Oversee all supplier related management and coordination work
• Responsible for handling vehicle mobilization in case of vehicle damage, traffic accidents and other emergencies
• Review overall services, analyze reports, transport route and optimize arrangement and budgeting
• Responsible for customer complaint handling and follow up work
