Requirements: • Diploma or above in IT / Communications / Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical or Audio-Visual Engineering and or any AV technology training related field
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in the field of audio visual and entertainment/ show business, negotiating production contracts, including large scale arenas set-up
• Experience with lighting and audio used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Experience with modern theatrical scenery equipment including steel structures, wood coverings, plastics, installation and troubleshooting
• Strong project leadership, management skills
Responsibilities: • Maintain the standard of high-performing technology to support the events
• Manage and carry out the technical production requirements for all AV equipment
• Work closing with the AV team to execute the shows
• Provide training, roster and roles allocation to Team Members, including Flexi Workers
• Prepare timely reports in terms of business sales, project working progress, guest feedback, operations logistics, staff performance evaluation etc
• Manage fixed and currents assets records
• Develop SOPs for the team timely
