Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Event Management
• Minimum 4 years’ of Management experience in Entertainment business
• Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate the team
• Ability to act discreetly and maintain confidentially at all times
• Operations especially in Ticketing system management
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry
• Understanding of production process and audio-visual set up
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate with inter-department on customer’s request and liaise with Technical team
• Setting up the Sales staff User role and permissions for the Ticket system
• Manage the system and equipment for ticket booth and kiosk
• Smooth operation for the ticket booth and kiosk
• Provide training to staff
• Provide rosters of staff
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Communicate and document accurate status of work in progress
• Manage assets and maintain accurate records
• Develop SOPs for the team
