- Requirements
-
• Secondary school graduated or above (Relevant Diploma/Bachelor is preferred)
• 5 years of working experience as Pit Manager / Assistant Pit Manager with related experience (Equivalent working experience at applied position is preferable)
• Proficiency in Gaming Management System and must have knowledge of most games offered by GLP
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Strong customer service skill.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Required to work on shift
- Responsibilities

• Report to Casino Operations Management on Mass Training progress, put forward recommendation for Training/Retraining
• Responsible for Table Games Recruitment, Training Room Set Up, Gaming Procedure and SOP Formulation for GLP Pre-Opening
• Work closely with internal clients to identify and deliver customized performance solutions to resolve operational problems and/ or drive business opportunities
