- Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Event Management, Human Resources or a related discipline
• Any certification related to events or journalism are preferred
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in HR, event management, or a similar field
• Strong presentation, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Responsibilities
-
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of Employee Relations materials for easy retrieval
• Provide administrative and communication support to the HR ER team and supervisors
• Assist with internship programs, including bi-weekly meetings with students, business units, and educational institutes
• Screen internship candidates' resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage scheduling
• Support the planning and execution of employee events, including government events, graduations, festive parties, and recognition activities
• Oversee logistics on event days and conduct post-event follow-up and evaluations
• Coordinate venue bookings and vendor management for staff events
• Assist with event setup and dismantling to ensure smooth operations
• Serve as emcee for HR-related events when needed
• Monitor and report team progress through regular meetings to meet deadlines
• Assist in developing written materials for HR events, such as invitations, press releases, social media posts, and website content
• Maintain and update the event calendar for all HR activities
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for HR events
• Support event planning with a focus on budgetary and time constraints
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
