Requirements
• Degree or above in Fit Out / Building Studies / Construction Management / Architectural / Interior Design or related disciplines or equivalent
• Related professional training certificate is preferred
• Progressive experience in handling large-scale hotel and resort projects, solid experience in handling Macau resort projects is highly preferred
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience in fit out projects of resorts, retails, F&B, residential, offices & hotels, etc.
• Proven experience in assisting with the management of fit-out construction projects
• Sophisticated understanding of the specific construction regulations and codes in Macau, ensure works compliance with local requirements
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, Windows, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Cantonese
• Capability of leadership and problem solving
• Resident on site and occasional travel may need
Responsibilities
• Support the Fit-Out Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing fit-out projects
• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost and client relation. Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements
• Plan and attend regular site and design meetings, organize, and prioritize work
• Identify project milestones and prepare workable internal project program
• Monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects
• Responsible to update the team and senior management on the progress on a regular basis
• Lead and supervise Senior Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Site Team
• Quality control on site and inspect work on site and off site
• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients, designer’s representatives, subcontractors and suppliers
