Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Hospitality with Sales & Marketing especially B2B marketing industry
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Have experience in driving digital demand lead generation through the digital marketing and the digital customer experience
• Good knowledge of Corporate, MICE, Catering and Event segments
Responsibilities
• A pivotal role to help sales team sell more effectively and efficiently by providing necessary sales and marketing resources, building B2B brand awareness to generate leads and interests through multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results
• Reporting to AVP, Sales and work closely with marketing team to develop B2B marketing plans and initiatives to achieve short and long term B2B goals. Manager - Field Sales should have experience in all facets of B2B Sales & Marketing: growth and demand generation, content and brand, digital product marketing, events and customer marketing and be able to develop impactful B2B marketing plans and initiatives, digital and sales programs that build brand differentiation, drive awareness / preference and engagement that drive sales leads and revenue
• B2B brand Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B brand strategy to position GLP as a trusted and leading solution within the hotel industry
Industry Awareness - Increase brand visibility and awareness among B2B customers through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Content Marketing - Create and promote compelling B2B content
• Lead Generation - Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract B2B Customers and generate inbound leads, utilizing various channels such as email marketing, social media, paid channels, conferences, and webinars
• Partner Collateral - Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to create impactful sales collateral and materials that effectively communicate the value of GLP to potential B2B clients
• Digital Marketing - Oversee and optimize GLP’s digital marketing efforts as it relates to B2B Marketing, which may include SEO, SEM and online advertising, working with the Marketing team to attract and increase inbound leads
• Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities, and opportunities for positioning GLP effectively to B2B customers including customers from Corporate, MICE, Travel Agents industry
• Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Lead the development of our Business-to-Business marketing strategy, with emphasis on digital demand generation and self-service products
• Develop nurture campaigns and demand generation efforts to drive awareness and interest for B2B products
• Strategize with Sales leadership on marketing needs
• Reinvent the B2B customer journey in GLP digital ecosystem
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners on marketing and design requests
• Support industry partnerships and events, and the Sales team's collateral and presentation needs
• Own the brand cohesion of B2B programs and digital experiences
