- Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Hotel management, Human Resources Management or business related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role with experience in large size organizations and casinos
• Experience in casino operation in Macau
• Excellent relationship building, influencing and communication skills to build effective partnerships
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Responsibilities
-
• Identify the learning and development needs through analysis which align with the organizational development of the company
• Lead discussion for the learning and development needs with management team, the departmental heads and trainers.
• Assist Director, L&D to implement learning and development strategies across all sections and design the training programmes and initiatives to support the implementation.
• Champion and/or participate in accreditation related projects and programmes, such as HACCP Sustainability.
• Develop talents through managing and facilitating the Talent Development programmes and other Corporate Development Programmes
• Design and deliver training programs related to customer service, technical trainings, etc. knowledge to both managerial and frontline colleague
• Manage the training matrix and curriculum based on the identified L&D needs in the areas of business goals, colleagues’ career development, etc.
• Manage the development and career planning of Management Trainees
• Identify, assess and recommend external courses for colleagues and provide necessary subsidy through managing the Education Sponsorship programme
• Build relationships with external training providers, industry associations, and educational institutions for knowledge sharing and partnership opportunities;
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with educational institutes to source and employ industrial trainees and interns
• Coach and give advice to trainees and interns during their training period
• Promote a learning culture through coordinating and organize training and awareness programme
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment; organize and coordinate all security training and business continuity plan.
• Work closely with Quality Manager to enhance performance by continual review and improvement on work practices and processes and to recommend and identify courses for colleagues to uplift the service delivery and standards.
• Customize training materials as well as formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP and Policy and Procedures (P&P) are in line with operational needs and guest satisfactions
• Organize and deliver Induction programme to new colleagues to ensure a smooth on boarding journey
