Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Casino Cage or Treasury
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Training areas of large casino/resorts
• Familiar with industry training standards and workflow is preferred
• With related managerial experience in large casino/resorts is preferred
• With professional qualification/management experience in training field is preferred
• Able to complete the training proposal plan independently
• Strong sense of responsibility and team building
• Good communication skills
• High initiative and excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Responsibilities
• Execute the instructions of the Cage Management
• Complete the tasks assigned by the Operations Director
• Familiar with industry-related work standards and equipment, government requirements, transaction processes, potential risks, and the ability to keep abreast of industry changes
• Draft departmental standard work procedure (SOP)
• Develop training courses for various positions in the department (including front-line and back-office staff) in accordance with industry changes
• Develop staff skills through training courses
• Possess the ability of TTT (Train the Trainer) skill to cultivate training talents for the department
• Assess departmental service levels and recommend improvement plans
• Regularly review existing training courses and recommend adjustments
