- Requirements
-
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields a minimum
• PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CBAP Certifications is preferred
• Minimum 2 years as a business analyst or related role, with minimum 3 years information technology working experience in large corporation or casino resorts
• Hands-on experience in business application development related to CRM systems, casino management systems, hotel management systems, and etc.
• Experience in CRM, marketing technology, or data management is preferred
• Experience with SDLC or Agile/Scrum development methodology is preferred
• Hospitality, gaming or marketing working experience is preferred
• Knowledge in database structure and server operations
• Knowledge in data analysis – Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Tableau, SSRS, etc.
• Knowledge in business analysis and CRM
• Good understanding of casino resorts industry, including gaming, hospitality, marketing, and food and beverage operations is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
- Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Develop and implement business strategies that align with company’s goals
• Provide support to project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business processes and operations
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process diagrams, user stories, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, acceptance criteria, and etc.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are delivered to meet business requirements
• Provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process and assist in QA process as required
• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and team members
• Support the installation and maintenance of business applications in accordance with defined IT procedures
• Support business system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
• Monitor and report performance status in related to business applications
• Re-configure and fine-tune business applications to provide optimal cost effective performance
• Handle and report any unsolved business application issues to management in a timely manner
• Provide guideline and procedure for Hotline/Field Service team to support ongoing operational tasks
• Provide second-level support to IT service desk for business application issues
• Evaluate new business application technology and product
• Monitor and report performance issues of business applications as required
• Assist IT compliance team and provide information and reports for any audit requirements
• Perform vendor management in accordance with department strategies, policies and procedures
• Make appropriate recommendations on internal IT processes
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
