Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields a minimum
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PRINCE2 Certifications is preferred
• Minimum 7 years in project management including managing technology projects for large corporation or casino resorts, with minimum 10+ years information technology working experience in large corporation or casino resorts
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with SDLC or Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Hospitality, gaming or marketing working experience is preferred
• Knowledge in project management methodologies including traditional Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge in stakeholder management, risk management, and change management
• Knowledge in data analysis and data management
• Knowledge in regulatory requirements including data privacy, information security, and responsible gaming
• Broad understanding of technology solutions used in casino resorts industry, including gaming systems, hotel management systems, point-of-sale systems, CRM systems, and other technology solutions
• Good understanding of emerging technologies that can be used to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
• Deep understanding of casino resorts industry, including gaming, hospitality, marketing, and food and beverage operations, is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minize the impact on project delivery
• Provide guidance to project team members to ensure projects and requests are delivered on time and within scope
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data privacy, information security, and responsible gaming
• Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to operations, including handover to support teams and user training
• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and guidance to subordinates to improve their skills and performance at work
• Support the installation and maintenance of business applications in accordance with defined IT procedures
• Support business system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
• Monitor and report performance status in related to business applications
• Re-configure and fine-tune business applications to provide optimal cost effective performance
• Handle and report any unsolved business application issues to management in a timely manner
• Provide guideline and procedure for Hotline/Field Service team to support ongoing operational tasks
• Provide second-level support to IT service desk for business application issues
• Evaluate new business application technology and product
• Monitor and report performance issues of business applications as required
• Assist IT compliance team and provide information and reports for any audit requirements
• Perform vendor management in accordance with department strategies, policies and procedures
• Make appropriate recommendations on internal IT processes
