- Requirements
-
• Diploma or above in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in marketing or exhibition or online promotion channel operation
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English
• Must have a basic understanding of advertising design and production and have the ability to work independently without direct oversight and management
- Responsibilities
-
• Follow up advertising and production, analyze problems and suggest solutions to ensure timely completion and quality control
• Attention the marketing promotions in regards to the operational work flow of all tasks and ensures all events & promotions are adequately resourced
• Coordinating with relevant departments & production companies on logistics preparation for all trade shows & Road shows in line keep abreast of market trends, market innovation, industry and related travel news in the target region
• Follow events and promotions standard operating procedure and process flow and ensure all events and promotions are duly executed within local regulations including necessary authorised approval
• Work closely with all departments for advertising and communication initiatives to increase event awareness and other logistics preparation for successful roll-out of the event
