Requirements
• College graduate or above is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in counter service, with exposure to multiple hotel resorts, properties and possess good business acumen.
• Experience in hospitality is a strong advantage
• Proficient in English with preference to Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Adaptable and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.
• Ability to develop good business relationships and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient in English and Cantonese / Mandarin
Responsibilities
• To oversee the the Guest Services personnel and ensures that the service standards are of quality and consistent for VIP clientele.
• Responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from guest.
• Accountable for membership pre-registration and providing assistance to patrons requesting information on services, programs and general information.
• To design and communicate with internal teams to discuss package sales targets and building sustainable relationships with travel agencies where necessary.
