- Requirements

• University degree majored in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in local hotel or integrated resort with good business network
• Multinational corporate background and/ or with overseas exposure is also desirable
• Strong negotiation skills and able to communicate effectively and professionally with prospects to create win-win situation and at the company’s best interest
• Possess strong marketing skills, understand financial statements, data analyses and market trends and have the ability to work independently without direct supervision and management
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using Intra-Extranet
• Able to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and during special events as required
• Able to perform business travel for product seminar, Roadshow & Trade Show
- Responsibilities
-
• Assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities and conduct research on commercial partners
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure effective communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail, F&B, spa, hotel and cross-portfolio partnership activities
• Support the coordination of joint promotions between partners including co-branded initiatives and content creations
• Prepare program outlines and necessary documents such as proposal, pro-forma and budget estimation for management approval
• Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and relevant stakeholders to align partnership activities overall business goals
• Develop the Standard Operating Procedure and logistics flows to ensure promotions are properly executed. Supervise the team's execution of all partnership and resort promotions
• Work with internal and external marketing and PR teams to develop and execute media plan for all marketing campaigns through various communication channels
• Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for all partnership marketing activities to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Create performance report of partnership campaigns, provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Prepare government reports and post-event analysis on partnership activities, including key metrics, ROI analysis and partners’ performance
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnership strategies
• Work with procurement department to sourcing marketing materials and handle the RFQ, RFP or tender processes
• Ensure a reasonable timeline with key milestones and quality deliverables
