Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above (Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field is preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in casino, hotel and integrated resorts
• Good established relationship network in Macau and South China travel industry
• Must possess good marketing skills, understand detailed financial statements, data trends
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Work on weekend & Public Holidays is required if necessary
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of measurable travel packages with travel agents
• Networking and building good relationship with the Macau Government Tourist Office and joining their regional and overseas roadshow
• Organize and participate in local and overseas Travel Agent Induction Program & roadshow and coordinate with Market Services / Vendors for related preparation
• Submit pre- and post-event reports as necessary and conduct post event analysis
• Support card members’ events and promotions as part of Loyalty Marketing & CRM initiatives
• Coordinate with production company effectively to implement all the event requirements on-time
