Requirements
• College Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Information Technology related fields a minimum
• Possession of IT System Certifications is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in server & storage or networking
• Hospitality or gaming working experience is a plus
• Experience in system & Network monitoring and diagnostic programs and tools, Data Center management and operation, and system environment security
• Knowledge in MS/Linux OS platform (including Active Directory integrated DNS, DHCP and WINS operation) and TCP/IP networking
• Knowledge in Hospitality or gaming system and infrastructure
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
• Fluent in Cantonese speaking
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• With Self-motivated and strong inter-personal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
• Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and to undertake tasks using own initiative
Responsibilities
• Implement and support of IT system infrastructure and facilities
• Provide technical advice for application enhancements and projects
• Support the installation and maintenance of server/storage/backup systems and facilities in accordance with defined IT procedures
• Manage access control for system and application securities, this includes the change control policy for security patches and enhancement implementation for server environments security
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, email system and file sharing systems
• Monitor and report performance status in related to server/storage/backup systems
• System capacity management for server utilization and performance optimization
• Define and maintain Backup strategy for all systems and perform restore/recovery when required
• Control and operate Data Centers and IT Hubs
• Re-configure and fine-tune server/network to provide optimal cost effective performance
• Handle and report any unsolved IT system and infrastructure issues to management in a timely manner
• Provide second-level support to Help Desk for IT system and infrastructure issues
• Monitor and report performance issues as required
• Assist IT Compliance team and provide information and reports for any audit requirements
• Perform vendor management in accordance with department strategies, policies and procedures
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
