Requirements
• Primary school graduated or above
• Minimum of 8 years related working experience in Chinese Chisine
• Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
• Good knowledge of Chinese Cuisine
• Responsible and able to work independently
Responsibilities
• According to food safety standards to cook and storage food, and monitor the quality of food
• Ensure that excess items are utilized efficiently. Minimize waste and spoilage to maintain controls on forecasted food cost and expenses
• Use, store and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• Completion of monthly inventory
• Assure the ordering and purchasing of food
• Assuring adequate and consistent
• Must have a complete knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety Procedures
• Report any deficiencies in equipment and facilities
• Perform other job related duties as requested
