Position: Banquet Sales Coordinator
Department: Food & Beverage - Grand Lisboa Hotel
Working Location: Macau Peninsula

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplines is preferred
• With related work experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
Responsibilities: • Handle deposits payment for catering events
• Maintain and complete all sales agreements, contracts and quotations for hotel supporting
• Prepare and ensures all events orders are distributed correctly to concerned department in a timely manner
• Maintain good relationship with the established clientele and provides all necessary assistance when required
