- Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Energy/Sustainability/Environmental, with master degree of related discipline is preferred
• 12 years related working experience, with minimum 5 years working in managerial role in large corporation or Resort
• Good understanding and experience of environmental, social and governance works
• Has hands on working experience in the fields of Environmental protection, social and/or governance, and/or ESG liaison and administration work
• Has good knowledge of the Macau local environment and experience in working with stakeholders in the ESG fields
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese, fluent in mandarin speaking is preferred
• Understand company’s organization and stakeholder departments is preferable;
• Tactful and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsibilities
-
• Report to the Director of Sustainability Department, or in his absence, the President Security, Surveillance & Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) on all ESG matters pertaining to to the company
• Maintain, coordinate and work with the company stakeholder departments on matters and initiatives pertaining to ESG matters, environmental protection in particular;
• Assist the Director in all aspect of ESG works and attend meetings with Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) and liaison meetings with other gaming concessionaires;
• Maintain and document all correspondence and action on ESG matters;
• Check and validate all ESG date and information submitted by stakeholder departments;
• Assist in the implementation of sustainability related projects;
• Any other ESG duties as directed by the Director of Sustainability Department or the President Security, Surveillance & ESG
