- Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Preference for relevant professional licenses in CPA
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Python and experience in scripting or data analysis using Python libraries is a plus
• Familiarity with tools of Power BI, Tableau is plus
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English
- Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
• Prepare and regularly submit various management reports to management, analyzing variances between budgets, forecasts, and actual performance
• Conduct detailed periodic reviews of management accounts, monitor unusual fluctuations, and perform comparative analysis of financial activities across years to identify trends
• Support the analysis of financial performance, variances, and trends, and prepare data, analytical reports, and supporting documentation for management meetings
• Contribute to process improvement by proactively identifying automation opportunities in financial reporting processes and assisting in the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
