Requirements
• College Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' related working experience
• Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel
• Knowledge of strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
Responsibilities
• Assist in overseeing the internal customer relations to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about the shuttle bus operation or service are resolved diplomatically
• Oversee daily shuttle bus operation
• Supervise the quality of work for all employees to ensure that all work tasks and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively, and as required
• Ensure that proper shuttle operations, security, and customer service procedures are being followed by all employees
• Handle all personnel issues and paperwork for hiring, termination and training of support staff
• Supervise shuttle operations in order to ensure that incoming internal customers are served efficiently and properly
• Monitor maintenance of the operation to ensure that it is clean and maintained according to company policies and procedures
• Monitor and review all damage claims in order to assign responsibility for damages
