- Requirements
-
• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Casino / Hotel industry, including a minimum of 2 years at supervisory level
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel
• Good Knowledge of Gaming Management and Customer Services Management
• Possess excellent customer service, organization, interpersonal, oral and written communications, team building, problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and prioritize multiple tasks
• Adhere to departmental and company policies
• Well groomed and professional appearance
- Responsibilities
-
• Manage the preparation of the Transportation plan, mass recruitment plan, training, practices and shadowing
• Deal effectively with all departments including suppliers and architects to create cohesive effort in support of project objectives
• Attend the Grand Lisboa / Grand Lisboa Palace Critical Path meetings and coordinate with all related departments to ensure the Grand Lisboa / Grand Lisboa Palace Project in smooth progress
• To plan and keep track of all projects related to Transportation according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Manage project budget, such as traffic sign replacement, driveway & ramp modification, car park repainting
• Coordinate and administer paperwork between all divisions under Transportation, including customer relations
• Manage strategic planning, forecasting and preparation of annual budgets, while monitoring on a regular basis financial performance as it relates to the annual budget
• Assist in writing and execute the Policies and Procedures
