Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience gained in guest services
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Some knowledge of Selling skill and product knowledge
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service
• Able to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Responsible to assist the Senior Manager - Retail Operations to lead concierge team and design product knowledge and customer service standard training
• Supervising and performing daily operations of the Concierge Desk in a most courteous, efficient and professional way
• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all policies
