Requirements
• Diploma or above in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Macau casino, hotel or resort, and a good established relationship network in the regional and South China travel industry is preferred
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be a hands-on and results-oriented personnel who is committed and determined to achieve established goals and objectives
• Must exercise an executive presence, perform his / her duties using honesty and fairness and have the ability to inspire all team members to provide the highest levels of customer service and standards
• Must have the ability to motivate the team’s line staff in a positive fashion to deliver exceptional service and welcoming attitude to guests of the resort
• Must have the cognitive ability to deal effectively with people under high demanding conditions. Must be able to accomplish all assigned duties and work in conjunction with peers in a positive manner
• Must be a creative thinker who can develop new and exciting ways to provide or project value to our guests
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using internal and external Internet
• Strong knowledge in Chinese culture
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of a sound transportation infrastructure in line with the division’s goals and strategy and in support of new and repeat visitation from the region to the resort including guests’ shuttle buses, tour coaches, ferry services and China/Hong Kong cross border travel services
• Maintain a good network and relationship with travel agents and partners in Macau, Hong Kong and China and develop overseas promotional plan to promote Grand Lisboa Palace to targeted market
• Support the implementation of measurable travel packages with travel agents complementing targeted market segments and programs in support of gaming and non-gaming revenue growth including hotel, casino, retail and Food and Beverage sectors
• Networking and building good relationship with the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) and participate in the regional and overseas roadshows organized by MGTO as appropriate
• Manage and organize local and overseas roadshow to promote Grand Lisboa Palace and coordinate with Marketing Communications for logistics preparation
• Coordinate regularly with Marketing Services team to implement appropriate marketing communication plans in the region and abroad targeting China, Macao, Hong Kong and potential markets in developing and expanding travel network support
• Assist the Senior Manager in yearly business and budget planning Division and tracking for respective division
• Implement and monitor process and procedures for the smooth operation of the department
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all departments
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required in order to meet the responsibilities of the position and for the Properties’ operations
• Comply with standard policies of the company at all times
