Requirements
• Primary school education or above (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years or above related working experience
• Possess relevant licenses issued by DSAL are preferred
• Deep knowledge in related tools, skills, equipment and materials
• Able to plan and determine the work requirements on construction drawings by review the work order, and allocate resources and implement work in order according to priority
• Ability to understand "Operation and Maintenance" manuals of large electrical tools
• Solid experienced in decoration and maintenance work of plaster, carpentry, paint, ironware, furniture and exterior ornament etc.
• Ability prepare training materials and plans
• Work on shift is required
Responsibilities
• Follow the company policy, procedures and internal processes
• Responsible for recording the materials used on each work order accurately, and confirm each work order receipt and completion
• Report all abnormalities found in works to the supervisor
• Responsible for returning the used materials to engineering warehouse
• Responsible for keeping all the allocated borrowing tools and equipment in good condition at all time
• Responsible for the good order and cleanliness of the workplace
• Beside of the perform personal task, responsible for arranging, assigning and directing subordinates' work, including to ensuring all safety practices are followed, especially to prevent fire accidents caused by wood chips or paint spray, etc.
• Pay special attention and take relevant actions when working in guest area, such as avoid air pollution and noise interference. Also need to keep uniform tidy, shows diligence, honest and polite
• Responsible for ensuring good ventilation in work area, use ventilation pipes and blower machine when necessary
• Ensure protection work is well done before construction, such as laying plastic plates or thin plywood on ground (especially marble or carpet surfaces) to protect the edges and corners of the ground. Put back and revert original after finish work
• Use plastic tape to protect the air conditioner vent, shower nozzle, etc. in painting process
• Place signs in work area, such as "Work in progress", "Caution! Slippery!", etc.
• Perform regular maintenance work according to the maintenance schedule
• Repair in the most effective way and report major issues timely
• Make full use of tools and materials, to avoid damage and waste
