- Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Programming, Marketing or Finance related field preferred
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in managerial positions in Casino industry preferred
• Data modeling experience using SAS, R, Python or SQL related modeling tools
• Player programs in the Casino industry (CRM and CDP formation, Loyalty structure, Offer creation & management)
• Strong knowledge of casino marketing planning, loyalty marketing and business development
• In-depth knowledge of CRM, Tableau, MS Office and other model reporting tools preferred
• Ability to analyze customer and operational data and provide insights to Management team and Investors
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Responsibilities
-
• Lead a team of data analysts that will define, build and manage customer data models and defines types of offer in batch, trigger and bounce back
• Develop various data models to identify the target and potential customers and provide the right offers in which to drive up customer spending and extend their gaming journey
• Create and maintain a 360 customer dashboard by integrating multiple data sources into one single data platform for senior management review
• Periodically review and fine-tuned data models to identify the right attributes in developing the next best business strategy
• Liaise with other business units to set up marketing campaigns, gather campaigns criteria and deliver the real time tracking reports for immediate key operating statistics and KPI reviews
• Develop and implement business strategy to acquire valuable customers, retain loyal customers, and activate inactive customer through valuable marketing promotions and events
• Understanding current business trend and competitor’s offering, define offer objectives and value, and satisfy customer needs to acquire valuable customers
• Responsible for the development and training of the Customer Database Marketing staff on data model terminology and usage
